(the “Company,” “We”, “Us”, “SWI”), that is designed to be a resource for personal health and wellness focused on increasing your knowledge and understanding of health care topics.

We strive to provide structured wellness programs designed to support individual health and wellness goals. SWI does not provide refunds for any reason. All sales of programs, services, supplements, and digital content are final. If an order fulfillment error occurs on our part (e.g., you receive the wrong supplement), we will correct the mistake by sending the correct item. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are otherwise permitted.

Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes must be brought in the courts of West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana, or the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.

29. Statute of Limitations
Any claim related to the Site, products, or services must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or be permanently barred.

30. Survival
Even after your use of the Site discontinues, these Terms shall remain in effect. All terms that by their nature may survive termination of these Terms shall be deemed to survive such termination.
